Once you arrive in Jim Thorpe you have over 3 1/2 hours to explore the many shops, restaurants, and attractions before boarding the train for your return trip. Bonus—you’ll avoid Jim Thorpe’s traffic and parking congestion!

Board the Reading Blue Mountain & Northern Railroad train from Tamaqua's train station Saturday or Sunday morning (Available most weekends May – December, except the month of October). Tickets do sell out, advance purchase is recommended.
