Fighter’s Heaven is the former rural training camp of heavyweight boxing legend Muhammad Ali. Tucked into the countryside near Deer Lake, the site preserves the setting where Ali trained for several major fights and spent time with family, friends, trainers, journalists, and fans.
Visitors can see the restored training facilities, cabins, gym, ring, and other spaces associated with Ali’s years there. It is a surprisingly personal and moving destination, offering a glimpse not only into Ali’s athletic career but also into the everyday environment behind one of the most recognizable public figures of the twentieth century.
